These pages are more a work-in-progress playground for someone messing around with various aspects of coding and making the occasional observation on some other interests in life. In particular, I'm currently messing around with the Eleventy static site generator and its associated ecology. When I explore new tricks and concepts, I sometimes use this site as a coding playground. In addition, I'm messing around with learning design. So the site might look a little wierd from time to time.

Hence, its not likely to be a particularly interesting or inspirational blog. Nonetheless perhaps every now and then there'll be an reference or resource that might be useful one day.

But if you're still curious and want to know more about the eclectic interests covered on this site, then the history in and around Port Moresby relates to where the family lived for a few decades, the various coding concepts are important for helping quixotic entreprenuerial endeavours, the occasional mentions of skiing cover a passion of mine, and the observations on languages, mainly French but perhaps also some German, are due to them being major European languages in the skiing world. Suffice it to say, the more discussion about European Alps, the better.

These days, home is Brisbane, where snowfall would be both surprising and likely to be of extremely short duration.
